Relationship Managers -
Trade, Business Banking

• At least Diploma preferably in  the area of Finance, Economics and Business Administration or its equivalent

• Minimum 2 year working experience preferably in Banking

• Self motivated and committed with strong desire to achieve goals and targets
• Energetic, confident, persuasive, mature with strong drive and attitude to generate new business
• Experience in handling trade products would be an advantage but not a prerequisite as training will be provided
• Self- motivated team player with initiative, assertiveness as well as the ability and willingness to keep pace with the environment through self development
• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel when required

• Meeting sales and revenue targets to establish RBS as a leading SME bank
• To understand SME needs and to structure the appropriate Credit Facilities for them
• Relationship management of existing top-tier customers in accordance with RBS ’s standards
• Maximise growth and profit through effective cross-sell and up-sell in order to deliver higher revenue for RBS Business Banking
• Achieve excellent customer service measured by customer satisfaction and feedback all times
